beaniebrand

Terms of Service

Last updated September 28, 2026

1. Who we are

beaniebrand is run by TourByte Inc ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use https://beaniebrand.com. If you have a question about them, email hello@beaniehq.com.

2. Your account

You need an account to draw characters. Give us a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 13, and old enough where you live to make a purchase before you buy anything. One account per person.

3. What beaniebrand does

You describe your company and we draw original characters for it, each as a flat logo and a 3D mascot. When you pick one, we build a kit: logo files, icons, an animated mascot, a React component and instructions a coding agent can follow.

The drawings are made by AI models run by other companies. They are usually good and sometimes wrong. We check every drawing automatically and redraw ones that fail, but we cannot promise any particular result.

4. What you ask for, and your responsibility

You are responsible for what you describe and ask us to draw, and for how you use what you download. Do not ask for a character, mascot, logo or brand that belongs to someone else, or for a real person. If a description names one, we will draw original characters in the same spirit instead, and we may decline a description that is unlawful or harmful. Where the law requires you to say that an image was made with AI, saying so is up to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TourByte Inc against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from what you asked us to draw, from how you use your kit, or from your breach of these terms.

5. Who owns your logo and mascot

When you download a kit, you own the logo, mascot and files we made for you in it, to the extent the law allows anyone to own them, and you may use them commercially: on your product, your website, merchandise, marketing and anywhere else. We do not claim them back, unless the kit is refunded: a kit whose payment is refunded or reversed is no longer yours to download or use. Characters you have not downloaded as a kit are previews for choosing, not yet yours.

We will not show your characters in our showcase or marketing unless you give us permission.

Some countries do not give copyright to images made with AI, so we cannot promise you can register your logo as a copyright or a trademark, and we cannot promise nobody else will ever make something similar.

You give us permission to store and process your descriptions, notes and characters only as needed to run beaniebrand for you.

6. Using beaniebrand fairly

Do not use beaniebrand to make anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or meant to deceive or impersonate. Do not try to get around the limits, share or resell access to your account, scrape the site, or interfere with how it runs. We may suspend an account that does.

7. Prices, payments and refunds

Every account gets 3 free rounds. A round is one set of four characters, and asking for changes to a character counts as a round. After that you can buy more rounds in packs of 3. A kit is a one-time purchase per kit. Payment or an eligible free claim is required before we build it. The download is included, and you can download it again whenever you like after completion.

Launch offer: while it lasts, your account's first kit is free. It ends without notice once the free kits have been claimed. It is one per account; we may withdraw it from accounts created to collect it more than once. It is for accounts created after we start selling kits. Kits built before then stay free to download for the account that built them.

The price is shown at checkout, before you pay. Checkout is run by our payment provider, which sells kits and rounds to you as the seller of record: it charges you, adds any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt, and asks you to accept its own terms as well. We provide what you buy, under these terms.

If a round you paid for fails without drawing anything, it goes back on your balance automatically. A kit is digital content delivered the moment you buy it, and by buying you agree to that immediate delivery, so the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days that applies in some countries ends once the kit is delivered. If a kit you bought is broken or does not work, email hello@beaniehq.com within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. A refund, from us or from the payment provider, ends what it paid for: a refunded kit can no longer be downloaded, and a refunded pack's rounds come off your balance.

8. Changes and availability

beaniebrand depends on services run by other companies, and it may be slow or unavailable at times. We may change or stop features. If we stop beaniebrand altogether we will give you at least 30 days' notice to download your kits.

9. Disclaimers and limits

beaniebrand is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted or that its drawings will suit your purpose or be free of anyone else's rights. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if that is more.

10. Ending

You can stop using beaniebrand at any time, and delete your account yourself with Delete my account at the bottom of Your brands. That deletes your kits too, so download them first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Sections 4, 5, 9 and 11 continue after an account ends.

11. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where you live may give you rights these terms cannot take away.

12. Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and change the date at the top. If a change matters, we will also email you before it takes effect. Using beaniebrand after that means you accept the new terms.
